Pam is the Strategic Lead for School Effectiveness in Rotherham. She has worked in Rotherham as a teacher and a leader for over 30 years.

Andy taught history in schools in Sheffield and Rotherham for twenty years before joining RoSIS.

Business Manager

Fiona is the Business Manager for RoSIS. She has worked supporting schools in Rotherham for over 25 years in various roles.

Paul has worked for the local authority for over 30 years, and has been involved with supporting the development of school governance for the past 20 years.

Amy has worked in school improvement for many years, having been both a lead English and mathematics teacher in her previous ‘school life’.

Ann Foxley-Johnson

Ann is a highly experienced educational consultant and an active anti-bullying campaigner. She has a successful partnership with the Rotherham School Improvement Service providing schools throughout South Yorkshire with engaging and relevant anti-bullying education, training, and support. As an active member of the Anti-Bullying Alliance, she accesses national research and networks which ensures her content is relevant and impactful.

Sue Gregg

EYFS Subject Lead

Sue has worked within Early Years education for over twenty five years and currently works as Assistant Head Teacher for Early Years and Inclusion at Meadow View Primary School, Rotherham. She is a Specialist Leader of Education for EYFS and oversees EYFS school improvement in her role as an Associate Leader within RoSIS. Sue has been running the RoSIS EYFS network meetings for five years. She firmly believes in the importance of getting it right in the Foundation Stage to build a solid base for a child's future successes.

April Taylor

April has been teaching for nine years and leads Science across the ACET teaching trust.  As an experienced Senior mentor for Sheffield Hallam University April brings a wealth of experience when delivering CPD to colleagues and wants to share her passion for the STEM subjects by creating links with local partnerships to benefit all young children within the Rotherham region. April will be able to provide you with the most current research, resources to ensure effective delivery of the Science curriculum within your school settings.

Hannah Lambert

Hannah is head of school at Thrybergh Fullerton C of E School Rotherham. She is RE lead across the Diocese of Sheffield Academy Trust (DSAT). She is chair of the Rotherham Standing Advisory Council for Religious Education (SACRE) and also supports on the Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools

(SIAMS) inspections. Amy has facilitated RoSIS network meetings for the past three years.

Maxine Crawford

Art Subject Lead

Maxine started teaching thirty four years ago; she has been headteacher of Brinsworth Howarth Primary School for the last fourteen years. She is passionate about developing the wider curriculum, especially the arts and creativity and is proud of the fact that Brinsworth Howarth School is both a Music Mark and Arts Mark school. As Art and Design lead for RoSIS, Maxine has led the subject network meeting for the last three years. She also chairs the Local Cultural and Education Partnership and Embrace Arts Rotherham.
