Service Description

As part of the Together for Tomorrow initiative, RoSIS & The Anti-Bullying Company are proud to offer an empowering opportunity for secondary school pupils to become Youth Ambassadors: leaders of change within their schools and communities. For Secondary Schools: Date: Wednesday, 6th November Time: 13:00 - 15:00 Location: Rockingham Professional Development Centre About the Programme This Train the Trainer model equips staff with the tools to deliver peer-led training and support across their school, multiplying the impact of the programme. This session is designed specifically for staff members, empowering them to train students to become Together for Tomorrow Ambassadors within their schools. Staff leads attending the session will receive all the necessary resources to support and guide their students effectively. What You'll Learn Participants will gain practical skills and insights in: Conflict Resolution Learn how to de-escalate tensions and promote peaceful solutions. Stress & Emotional Management Build resilience and emotional intelligence. Effective Intervention Strategies Know when and how to step in safely and supportively. Promoting Kindness & Respect Foster a culture of empathy, inclusion, and mutual respect. Role as a Together for Tomorrow Ambassador Ambassadors will be empowered to: Support and reassure peers during challenging times. Lead by example, promoting values: Kindness, Respect, Safety, Inclusivity Plan and host community events and youth-led initiatives. Programme Outcomes By participating, your school will help: Restore Social Trust Strengthen relationships and rebuild community bonds. Enhance Youth Resilience Equip students with tools to thrive emotionally and socially. Cultivate a Collaborative Culture Encourage teamwork, leadership, and shared responsibility.
