A leadership network for those who are passionate about continual improvement, collaboration and staying ahead. In today’s demanding educational landscape, intentional reflection and strategic growth are essential. This network provides dedicated time for school leaders to reflect on leadership theory and their own experience before aligning leadership approach and strategy accordingly. Participants benefit from expert-led group coaching, guided by an experienced educational leader and executive coach, whilst building meaningful connections with peers. Aims: - Enhance leadership growth and well-being through coaching and collaboration with peers. - Clarify core purpose and enhance and align strategy, systems and behaviours accordingly. - Explore, reflect upon and apply core elements of leadership theory and research to practice. - Improve knowledge of self and others to more effectively engage with people. - Identify key challenges, evaluate ways forward and commit to action. Content: - Attributes of effective leadership - Knowledge of self - Vision / purpose / core ideologies and organisational alignment - Prioritising what’s on your schedule or scheduling your priorities? - Well-being - Marginal gains theory - Systems / processes / habits - Leading change - Motivating and engaging others. Cost: * £250 for 6 x 2hr remote network coaching sessions (1 each ½ term) * Tim also offers 1:1 coaching sessions at £100 per hour with a 20% discount for a 6 session block (£480).
