Visitors to EYFS at Coleridge Primary School will step into a warm, calm, and engaging environment where children aged 2–5 thrive through high-quality interactions and purposeful play. Their outstanding practice is underpinned by the ShREC approach, ensuring every moment is rich with meaningful communication, curiosity, and learning. Located in one of the top 1% most deprived areas in the UK, they are proud to serve a vibrant and diverse community, where children confidently explore, discover, and collaborate in thoughtfully prepared spaces that support their independence, curiosity, and well-being. From lively group activities to focused one-to-one interactions, their approach demonstrates how nurturing relationships, consistent routines, and a stimulating environment combine to support each child’s development and love of learning.
