Ambition Institute, researchED & John Catt present: 'The researchED Guide to Leadership' book launch.

On 21 October 2020, John Catt Educational, researchED and Ambition Institute joined forces to launch 'The researchED Guide to Leadership', an evidence-informed guide for teachers.

Edited by Stuart Lock, CEO of Advantage Schools, this accessible and punchy guide explores the latest evidence and research on school leadership and includes contributions from leaders and thinkers across the sector, including Ambition Institute’s Tom Rees and Jennifer Barker.

In this quick-fire panel discussion, Stuart his panel of guests - who all contributed to the book - offer their perspectives on the hotly contested theories of school leadership, and break down what successful school leaders really need to know.
