Writing Assessment and Moderation Training (a), facilitated by Amy Parry-McDermott

Service Description

Each year, the STA releases a suite of materials that are used to train external LA moderators. ‘Pupil Can’ statements are unpicked and clarification and examples provided. Amy Parry-McDermott offers this training, annually, to all Y6 teachers (experienced and new) to ensure that everyone is in receipt of the same messages around assessment and moderation. There are three dates for this session and delegates are welcome to choose the most convenient. Monday, 4th March from 13:30 - 15:00 at Rockingham Professional Development Centre, Roughwood Road, Rotherham, S61 4HY or Wednesday, 6th March from 13:30 - 15:00 at Rockingham Professional Development Centre, Roughwood Road, Rotherham, S61 4HY or Friday, 8th March rom 13:30 - 15:30 at Albion House, Savile Street, Sheffield, S4 7UD
