GPS Training for TAs and Support Staff

Service Description

Part 1 - covers Standard English; basic word classes, first introduced at KS1 and built on at KS2, sentence forms, and basic punctuation. Friday 13th October at RPDC from 10:30 - 15:00. Part 2 - covers word classes taught in KS2; clauses; tenses, and KS2 punctuation. Aimed at KS2 support staff, this session will provide subject knowledge around more complex word classes, tenses, and punctuation. Examples from the KS2 GPS paper will be used to show the progression from KS1 to KS2. Friday 3rd November at RPDC from 13:15 - 15:15.
