  • Rockingham Professional Development Centre

Service Description

Facilitated by Rebecca Clayton, Director of Improvement and Performance at Enquire Learning Trust and current Ofsted inspector, this is a full day training around how to be prepared for the Ofsted phone call and how you communicate exceptionality before inspectors come into school. The day will consider: * What an exceptional curriculum looks like * What strong learning outcomes look like for all pupils including SEND and disadvantaged * How we define what exceptionality is within our schools and academies * Discuss how we develop subject expertise * Create a shared framework for exceptional classrooms * Create a shared action plan so that all stakeholders know their expectations for 'the call’ * Create a narrative for outstanding, when outcomes are lower than national expectations. There will be time to work on your school documents during the day so please bring your laptop and anything that will be useful to you. Attendance is included for schools purchasing the Core Offer to RoSIS. For non-subscribing schools and academies the cost will be £95 per person.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your place, please contact us ASAP. Charges for non-attendance without prior notification may apply, regardless of subscription status. Thank you.
